One South Van Ness Base Building
This newly renovated city office building is pursuing LEED for Existing Buildings certification. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning have been upgraded to maximize energy efficiency and indoor air quality. A 10,000 square foot living roof helps to reduce energy use, manage storm water and increase urban green space.
