Expand Your Business with SF Energy Watch Incentives
SF Energy Watch Policies and Procedure Manual with Appendices, Applications, and Worksheets are available for download below. These tools help contractors promote energy efficiency and expand their business with SF Energy Watch incentives. The program reserves the right to make changes in any or all of these documents, forms and agreements as needed.

Higher Incentives Available
Higher incentives are available to contractors that serve hard-to-reach and underserved small and medium business customers.
A Hard-To-Reach (HTR) customer must meet two (2) of the criteria below to be eligible:
- Language – Primary language spoken is other than English
- Business Size – Annual electric demand is less than 20kW, OR has fewer than 10 employees
- Leased or Rented Facility

New applications for LED Troffer/Troffer Retrofit Kits are suspended until after July 15, 2016, when new incentive rates become available.
