Large/Multifamily Residential Incentives
San Francisco Energy Watch’s Multifamily Plus Program offers residential property owners new energy efficient devices and professional services at a low cost. Building owners who receive electric and/or natural gas distribution service from PG&E on properties within the San Francisco city limits are eligible for the program. With expert technical assistance, along with energy-saving device installation, not only will building owners be benefiting the environment, they will also be making a wise investment by accumulating continued savings on utility bills. Additional/complimentary multifamily building rebates bay be available through the Energy Upgrade California Multifamily Program.
SF Public Utilities Commission residential customers are eligible for a free Water-Wise Evaluation. An SFPUC water conservation technician will visit the residence and provide a comprehensive evaluation of the building’s water usage and will then provide a recommendation on water saving devices and techniques. Receiving a Water-Wise Evaluation can be the first step towards conserving water and saving money on water bills.
