Resolution amending the Urban Forestry Council's Bylaws Article VIII-Committees, Section 4: Standing Committees, to amend the Planning and Funding and Landmark Tree Ad Hoc Committees schedule of meetings. 
WHEREAS, The Urban Forestry Council at its August 28, 2012 meeting amended the Urban Forestry Council Planning and Funding Committee meeting date from the first Monday of each month starting at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of November to the second Tuesday of each month starting at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of November; and,
WHEREAS, The Urban Forestry Council at its August 28, 2012 meeting amended the Urban Forestry Council Landmark Tree Ad Hoc Committee meeting date from as needed on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 4:00 p.m. to as needed on the first Thursday of the month at 4:15 p.m.; now, therefore be it,
RESOLVED, The Urban Forestry Council at its August 28, 2012 meeting met and approved a Bylaws amendment to “Article VIII-Committees, Section 4: Standing Committees to change the meeting schedule of the Planning and Funding and Landmark Tree Ad Hoc Committee meetings as follows:

Article VIII – Committees
Section 4: Standing Committees
The Council shall have one two standing Committees (1) Planning and Funding Committee and one Ad Hoc committee and the (2) called the Landmark Tree Ad Hoc Committee.  The Landmark Tree Ad Hoc Committee shall have five members and shall meet as needed on the second Tuesday first Thursday of the month starting at 4:15 p.m., in City Hall, Room 421, San Francisco. The Planning and Funding Committee shall have five members and shall meet on the first Monday second Tuesday of each month starting at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of November.  There will not be a meeting in November.  The Committee shall meet in City Hall, Room 421, San Francisco. A notice and agenda for the Planning and Funding Committee meeting will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting.  A notice for the Landmark Tree Committee meeting will be posted 15 days before the meeting and an agenda will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting. This information shall be posted on the Department of the Environment’s website.
I hereby certify that this Resolution was adopted at the Urban Forestry Council’s Regular Meeting on August 28, 2012.
