Agenda Items:
1. Introductions.
2. Minutes: The meeting minutes from April 9, 2014, May 14, 2014, and July 9, 2014 were approved as written.
3. Announcements: Announcements were distributed and discussed.  Highlights:
• SFO Airfield Operations Facility pursuing Zero Net Energy Certification
• LEED v4 study group at Public Works: Thursdays at noon
• Greenbuild 2014 the annual international conference and expo of the US Green Building Council, October 22-24, New Orleans
4. Old Business:
• Bill Worthen was selected by the mayor to be the public member of the Municipal Green Building Task Force.
• The MGBTF policy committee met on July 28 to consider the adoption of California Energy Code Title- 24 2013 and LEED v4 for municipal construction projects.  LEED v2009 sunsets for new project registration on June 30, 2015.
• Revised timelines for LEED documentation and certification were presented.
5. New Business: None (SFO Delivering Exceptional Projects is postponed to a future meeting)
6. Presentation: Ibbi Almufti of Arup presented REDi: Resilience-Based Earthquake Design, a holistic design, planning, and verification approach for achieving “beyond-code” earthquake resilience objectives.
7. Presentation: Luke Pustejovsky of Blue Planet presented CarbonMix aiming to become the first admixture that permanently "mineralizes" and sequesters CO2 into concrete.  See:
