In addition there were attendees representing SFPUC Power, SFPUC WWE, SFDPH, SFO T1 Partners and kW Engineering.

1.      Introductions.

2.      Minutes: The meeting minutes from November 9, 2015 were adopted as written.

3.      Announcements: Greenbuild 2015 International Conference was Nov. 17-19 in Washington DC.  Weekly green building educational sessions are held at SF Environment office, 1455 Market St. Suite 1200 most Thursdays at noon. 

4.      Waiver Requests: 5 waiver requests submitted by SFO were approved by Director Raphael.  2 requests waive LEED certification requirements for temporary projects, and 3 requests waive the LEED Enhanced Refrigerant Management requirement for projects seeking LEED v4 certification.

5.      Municipal Project Reports: Masoud Vafaei of SFPUC and MP presented: San Francisco City Hall LEED O&M Platinum, the oldest building in the US to achieve this designation.

6.      Presentation: MP presented highlights from Greenbuild 2015: Circadian Lighting, Personal Comfort System, Cognitive Function and Indoor Air Quality, DC Microgrids.

7.      Old Business:  

·       Non-potable Water Program: New Legislation Effective November 1, 2015

·       Stormwater Design Requirements: 2015 Stormwater Design Guidelines Proposed Regulatory Update
