Agenda Items:
1. Introductions.
2. Minutes: The meeting minutes from December 10, 2014 were adopted as written.
3. Announcements:
• SF Health Services has achieved LEED IDC Gold certification for 17,000 sf tenant improvement at 1155 Market St.
• Total LEED certified municipal projects = 4,237,637 square feet
4. Old Business:
• Shelby Campbell, SFPUC Project Manager submitted and presented a request for a waiver from provisions of SF Environment Code Chapter 7 for a project at 1550 Evans St.  The Task Force recommended approval of the waiver request with certain provisions. 
5. New Business:
• David Curto, HSA Director of Facilities addressed the Task Force regarding a possible waiver request for a project at 3801 3rd St. 
6. Municipal Project Reports: Matt Jasmin presented an overview of the Glen Canyon Recreation Center renovation, a LEED v3 BDC registered project.  Eric Bura presented on Fire Station #16, a LEED v3 BDC registered project.  Reports on SFGH, the Main Library Teen Center and Bridge are postponed to the February meeting.
7. Presentation: Mark Palmer presented “Managing for Zero Waste” from the Director’s Working Group meeting of Dec. 17, 2014.
