2.       Minutes: The meeting minutes from May 13, 2015 were adopted as written.

3.       Announcements: None

4.       SF Environment Code Chapter 7: Mark Palmer gave an overview of San Francisco LEED certification requirements for city construction projects and the waiver provision. 

5.       Municipal Project Report: Crystal Barriscale of HKS Architects presented the SFO Consolidated Administration Campus project, a 220,000sf office space targeting LEED v4 Platinum and Zero Net Energy capable.

6.       Presentation: Paul DeFreitas and James Ng of Public Works presented the Alameda Creek Watershed Project highlighting design strategies, advantages and disadvantages of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVACR systems.  Proper attention must be paid in the design of VRF systems in order to comply with LEED EAc4 Enhanced Refrigerant Management.
