In addition, there were attendees representing SFDPW/BDC, SFEnvironment, SFPUC, Moscone SMG, SFO T1 Partners and Turner & Townsend.
Agenda Items:
1. Introductions.
2. Minutes: The meeting minutes from October 8, 2014 will be submitted for approval at the December 10 meeting.
3. Announcements: Deadline for new project registrations under LEED v2009 (v3) has been extended to October 2016. LEED v4 is currently available for new project registrations.
4. Old Business:
• Shelby Campbell, SFPUC Project Manager submitted and presented a request for a waiver from provisions of SF Environment Code Chapter 7 for a project at 1550 Evans St.  The task force requested more information on the cost and schedule impacts of LEED certification for the project.  The task force will schedule a special meeting if necessary to make a recommendation on the waiver request.

5. Presentation: Jay Nath, Chief Innovation Officer, Office of Mayor Edwin M. Lee discussed “Open Data and the Evolution of Smart Cities”.

• Municipal Project Reports: Task Force members presented on green building projects being delivered by or on behalf of City Departments.

2) Houshang Esmaili: SFO Airfield Operations Facility, LEED v3 BDC Gold certified
3) John Updike: City Hall, LEED v3 EBO&M registered
4) Wendy Proctor: Cruise Ship Terminal, LEED v3 BDC registered
5) Mark Rudnicki: SFMTA Islais Creek Phase II, LEED v3 BDC registered
6) Mark Palmer for Janet Ng: SFPUC Sunol Administration Building, LEED v3 BDC registered
7) Bill Worthen: Transbay Tower, LEED v3 BDC Core & Shell registered (not a public project)
