What's hiding in your fridge door? For a burst of flavor, use condiments as the inspiration for a dish.

  • Jam it. Use jam as a base for sweet and sour sauce, or as cake filling.

  • Sauce it, dress it up. Add tomato paste or soy sauce to pasta or an egg dish. Use salad dressing as a marinade for meat, or drizzle dressing over a chopped vegetable salad.
