Local businesses can lower their operating costs by switching to energy efficient equipment.  Energy efficiency is the easiest and cheapest way to improve your bottom line. SF Energy Watch can help upgrade old and inefficient equipment to improve bottom line.


The Multifamily Plus Program offers residential property owners new energy efficient equipment and professional services at greatly reduced cost.  Energy efficiency upgrades also reduce future operating and maintenance costs, adding value to the property.


SF Energy Watch offers contractors financial incentives for qualified energy efficiency services. Contractors providing qualified installation for lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, commercial food service equipment, vending cooler machine controls and computer network management systems to commercial businesses and multifamily properties in San Francisco are invited to participate. 


SF Energy Watch personnel at SF Environment are fluent in Spanish or Chinese.  Bilingual staff will help you from the preliminary energy assessment through the completion of the energy efficient equipment installation.
