This memo provides a summary of findings from ICF International’s review of the municipal greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory for the City and County of San Francisco for fiscal year 2009-2010 prepared by the San Francisco Department of the Environment (SFE). The fiscal year 2009-2010 period covers July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 inclusive.
