Restore California applies the model of Community Choice Aggregation to the food system by directing a few cents per meal to provide grants to help farmers implement more renewable practices such as compost application, planting cover crops, and other regenerative practices.

Certain underlying chronic conditions associated with exposures to endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are exacerbating the effects of COVID-19 in vulnerable populations. Older adults and those who have compromised immune systems, or other underlying conditions such as diabetes, asthma, or obesity have shown to be at increased risk of more severe illness from the virus. During this webinar, Dr. Linda Birnbaum, Dr. Aly Cohen, and Dr. John Peterson Myers will discuss the impacts of EDCs on population and individual health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
