An Electric Kitchen Celebration & Induction Cooking Party

Tuesday, December 15, 2020, 12:00PM–1:00PM

Hosted by SF Environment

Electric induction stoves now offer a healthier, safer, and higher-performance cooking alternative to natural gas.

Learn from professional chef Rachelle Boucher about the "whole electric kitchen" from cooktops, to wall ovens, and ventilation with a focus on electric induction cooking.

She and her guests will bust electric-stove myths and dispense advice about everything from cookware questions to wok cooking, kitchen planning, rebates and more while cooking up a globally inspired menu including:

• Stir Fried Green Beans with Mushrooms

• Dungeness Crab & Artichoke Dip in a Sourdough Bread Bowl

• Lace Crepes with Chocolate Drizzle

This live webinar is brought to you by Kitchens to Life in partnership with BayREN Home+, a Bay Area government program that provides free support and rebates to help you make your home healthier, safer, and more energy-efficient.

Kitchens to Life’s mission is to:

Elevate the electric kitchens conversation,

Educate stakeholders about today's remarkable cooking options and
