September Induction Plant-Forward Cooking Series

Join Acterra for this live, bi-weekly cooking class where Chef Kelvin dives into cultural, plant-forward cuisines. This cooking series is designed to teach you about the benefits of a plant-forward diet and unique cooking techniques. The classes will be on Thursday, 9/16/21 and Thursday 9/30/21 at 6:30 PM PT. The first five registered attendees will be granted one of the loaner induction cooking hobs. The first class will be a simpler recipe to allow people to adjust and become comfortable with their induction cooktops. The second class will be a more complex recipe focusing on the flavors to appeal to the palate.
