Virtual Warehouse: Instructions for Non-Profits and Schools

Please follow the instructions below to request Available Items

Prepare a signed letter on the organization's or school’s letterhead providing the following information:

Requestor's contact information (full name, title, work phone number, email address)

A. Alternate contact information from your organization (ie. president, principal, project manager)

B. Address of organization/school

C. Type and purpose of organization/school

D. List of requested items with the quantity, description, and inventory number

E. Explanation for what purpose which would result in a public good of the use of the requested items

F. Indicate that by accepting the donation that the organization agrees to release the City from and to assume any and all liabilities and expenses for the removal, transport, use and disposal of items including any and all licenses and permits required for same

G. Copy of your organization's non-profit status paperwork (New users only)

Missing information or incomplete letters will not be processed.
